AOL hatte ich nie, aber „Mailboxen“ mit Akustikkoppler (Dataphon S21-23 anyone? Hab ich noch im Lager…) und dann Modem. UUCP mit DOS und Batchfiles. Usenet mit Waffle. Das ist „erst“ 30 Jahre her.
