They're just small classified ads by individuals, people giving away old sofas, nice things like that. You don't see classifieds unless you specifically go browsing a classifieds site.

The way it connects to Mastodon etc is you can use your account to communicate with the person selling, or follow the seller if you're interested in more stuff they might sell.

p.s. For those asking what this is, it's sort of like a Fediverse alternative to craigslist, or like eBay used to be in the old days when it was ordinary people using it to sell to each other.

The idea is that you can use your Mastodon etc account to contact the person selling, and follow the seller from Mastodon etc if you want to see other stuff they sell in the future.

Alternatively, you can sign up on the actual Flohmarkt server if you prefer.

NOTE: It works but is still in Alpha testing
