In February 2022, on hearing a rumor that the US Department of State was unofficially accepting applications for US Passports with "SEX: X", I applied for one. It was issued the day after availability of such passports was announced.
I note that the first X passport in the US was issued in 2018 due to a court decision.
Will I have a valid US passport at the end of this month?
(for clarity, I will refuse to exchange my correct passport for an incorrect one)

Your bathroom choices may be limited though. Or sports options. Those are the biggest sticks up their asses at the moment.
I highly doubt any of our incoming glorious leaders even know about the passport option.

Sadly I’m inclined to believe it won’t be honored in the future and voided in the system.
You are not the problem.
What you represent is not the problem.
The problem is the people who can’t allow people different from themselves to be left alone.

That is what I represent.
Self determination.
Non conformity.
