Der Schulanfang nach den Sommerferien ist mit einigen Anschaffungen verbunden. Vor allem bei Schul- und Lehrbüchern müssen Eltern nun tiefer in die Taschen greifen, denn die Preise sind stark gestiegen.
Lehrkräfte schreiben Bücher, die dann die Schulen für den Unterricht dieser Lehrkräfte bezahlen müssen und verdienen tun daran die Verlage.
Wenn KM bzw. das Land Lehrkräfte bezahlen würde für das Schreiben von Büchern, könnte man das selbe Ergebnis haben, aber die Bücher könnten urheberrechtsfrei verteilt werden z.B. auf Lernplattformen und die Schulträger bzw. das Land würde Geld sparen.

Es braucht für die große Masse das Narrativ der Eskalationsstufen. Ohne die Demo würden die gleichen Menschen sagen: Macht doch erstmal eine Demo. Macht doch erstmal eine Petition. Probiert doch erstmal das.

To demand one-sidedly they let go of their bargaining chip, shows Israel are again forcing their racism on the Palestinians, and that they kill random non-combatants when even some of them don't submit to it.
I just blocked and reported this (German) guy who argued the same way:
"Palestinians are starting war after war since 80 years and are constantly loosing the wars they started. Maybe, since they 'keep running against a wall' since 80 years, they should just accept what Israel 'offers' them. Name change chore progress:
- All clubs I'm a member of are done except for one (which involves fancy shit like airplane crash insurances and i'm pretty sure having an ID is kind of useful for that first).
- Party membership has been updated, will get a new membership card.
- Most companies I'm a customer at have been updated except for DHL where a name change is impossible, but an ID would be good for that first, anyway. Some online services are linked to an old deadname email address and it's impossible to change that (but i did setup forwarding)
Today I have called the registry office in the town i was born in, they didn't get the memo yet but they said i can come on friday to get my extract from the civil status register which i then need to claim a new ID card.
Once i have that i can move on to banks, insurances and administrative stuff like the tax office and the unemployment office etc etc...
I did the change via the old TSG some months before the SBGG became active. As soon as I got the court order, I went to the registration office and since a new ID card and passport take some time I got a preliminary ID on paper. From there I straight went to the bank (300m away), the change was easy, but they butchered my four first names 
I had some struggle with Evernote (I have a premium account), since the account handle included the initial of my old name. They said it's technically impossible (I guess they use it as a primary key in the database 🙃). I replied that I have a court order and that I would cancel my subscription, if I don't get the change. The final message told me that they talked to the engineering team and the handle was updated. The message came from a Zoe and she used more emoji than usual for a support person. I have a faint suspicion about Zoe 
Who has already way too much to do and got an important idea for something that would take a fuckton of work but would be very important to do ASAP? This guy.
Please tell me that organizing a conference is a dumb idea.

The important thing about running a conference is making sure that you have a bus full of motivated drivers.
Don't start organizing until you get trusted helpers or you will really resent it.
Otherwise, no good deed will go unpunished.
Sure sounds like a good idea. Everyone should have the experience at least once. I did.
