(Grün/schwarz/weiß geht bei mir leider spätestens ab 15h nicht mehr, wenn ich zu meinen normalen Zeiten schlafen will, idealerweise sollte ich schon ab 13h damit aufhören. Daher gibt's davon meist morgens 2 große Tassen oder bei Seminaren eine Kanne und danach dann viel Kräuter-/Roibusch-/Früchtetee für den Rest des Tages/Abends.)

I think its important these days to keep #factchecking. There are a lot of bad things happening very fast. A cool head is one that has true oversight, not overreaction and panic.Checking the #Snopes fact checking site, there's reputable sources saying Musk via DOGE kids controls the #Treasury yet these in turn only quote anonymous sources.
