Or trying to "cover them up" somehow, in a visual shorthand?
Heck, I have one friend who was extremely grateful to have encountered Captain Harlock, as that friend does have scars, and for the first time he saw representation within pop culture of someone who was scarred, but a character with redeeming traits rather than portrayed as a villain as had been previously commonplace in stylistic shorthand.
All the other hair in eyes anime characters I am guessing are more stylistically inspired by their ancestors even if they may not share the scarring rationalization of their antecedents?

Da einer meiner Söhne gerade im Referendariat zum Lehrer ist, bewegt mich das Thema ganz besonders u. ich habe mal rumgefragt: An KEINER der Schulen, von denen ich #Lehrer*innen oder Schüler*innen kenne, sind Amokläufe noch ein Thema, das präventiv besprochen wird. Weder wird im Lehrer*innenzimmer ein Wort über Ursachen u. Schutzmaßnahmen im Falle des Falles verloren, noch redet man mit den Kindern und Jugendlichen drüber. Finde ich nicht gut.
Wie sind Eure Erfahrungen?
Uff heute, bzw. mittlerweile gestern, um 06:00 aufstehen hat mich sehr aus der Spur geworfen. Nach dem ich wider zuhause war gegen 14:00 war ich dann zu nichts mehr zu gebrauchen den rest des Tages.
Bin irgendwann in der Zeit danach eingeschlafen und um 21:30 wieder aufgewacht nachdem ich sehr wirres zeug geträumt hab.
