I believe in equality, we are all born the same. Life's ways has other plans, and we have huge inequality raging our planet in all forms, shapes and sizes.
I also believe in root causes. So why start so complicated and mix in with controversial and much overloaded and misunderstood concepts of man-made complex society?
I'd start with equality considering humanity first, at human-to-human scale before blending with the cauldrons of our "politics" and "economy" domains.
I think inequality is simple, all it takes is a violent dictatorship, like those we live under, to maintain inequality. To achieve equality we need much more social organization, and to preserve it and defend it.
One to one relations are infinitely subjective, the collective leads to a more rational system. A community?
Humanity, or life in general, must be a non-negotiable value. Everything else can be defined as a principle, of communal organization
Zapatistas have worked on equality more than any form of social organization in history.
31 years later they are still working on it, accepting it is easier said than done, but getting easier with 2nd generation zapatistas being raised in communities for equality.

@cstross Well, sort of. The very point of the Gish Gallop is to spray out so much bullshit that the observers can't keep track of it anymore, and spraying out bullshit, or argument-like verbiage to use the EU trade term, is what LLMs are good at.
But an AI system that can operatively track a Gish Gallop in progress might be able to counteract this effect. I mean, the "There's so many arguments, maybe some of them have some merit" intuitive heuristic would probably work quite a bit less if an AI system can visually count the many arguments while they're being sprayed, and keep an up-to-date pie diagram on screen displaying the percentage of those that have already been refuted. And the now-young-generation audiences will feel even more comfortable with such visual aids and debate-tracking overlays than our generation, let alone the current retirement-age generation.

Ich hab mich dann gestern auch endlich mal aufgerafft, von meinem Facebook-Account, den ich eh seit Jahren nicht mehr benutzt hatte, inkl. einiger Seiten, die ich administriert hatte, Daten-Archive runterzuladen und das dann alles zu "löschen".
Mir ist klar, dass die Daten dort nicht wirklich gelöscht werden... aber zumindest keinen anderen Usern mehr angezeigt.
So legitimiere ich diese menschenfeindliche Plattform nicht weiterhin mit meiner scheinbaren Anwesenheit.
