Mein Kenntnisstand zum Implantateregister ist nicht zu umfassend, aber das weiß ich dazu:
Identifier ist die KVNR. Wenn es die nicht gibt, hätten die gerne eine, daher die komische Ausdrucksweise wohl.
PKV-Versicherte haben ja erst mal keine, brauchen auch nicht unbedingt eine, aber das System ist halt auf GKV etc. pp.
Ansonsten kommt der Druck so ein wenig, weil es das seit 1. Juli 2024 jetzt funktional gibt, und da halt teilweise Datenbestand nachgetragen werden soll

In dem Schreiben heißt es:
"Die Meldung eines Implantats anhand der KVNR ist ab Mitte des Jahres gesetzlich verpflichtend. Demnach erhalten Sie nur noch mit einer vorhandenen KVNR ein Brustimplantat - weitere Arten von Implantaten folgen zeitnah.
Bitte bedenken Sie: Das Fehlen einer KVNR kann insbesondere bei ungeplanten oder zeitkritischen Implantationen zu Verzögerungen führen."
Aber ansonsten: die Beantragung der KVNR ist "völlig freiwillig" per Unterschrift zu bestätigen. 🤷♂️
Bist du da sicher, dass man auch ohne diese Registrierung auch kurzfristig ein Implantat bekommt? Genau das wird in meinem Schreiben von der PK nämlich negiert.

Anders: Sie können dir als Privatversichertem keine KV-Nr aufdrücken, weil sie deine Zustimmung brauchen, das andere können sie aber theoretisch auch an Bedingungen binden, für die du aber wegen Koppelungsverbot nicht automatisch deine Zustimmung mit geben kannst.
Ist jetzt quasi eine Patt-Situation.
Die Konsequenz einer Nichteintragung wäre eine Vergüterungsminderung, die aber bei PKV eh wieder ein anderes Thema ist. Wie so häufig gilt da: kommt auf den Preis an.
Hm. Und was heißt das dann konkret, wenn ich mal eine neue Hüfte o.ä. brauche?
Kann man mir die dann verwehren, wenn / so lange ich keine KVNR habe?
Sofern irgendwas ein medizinsicher Notfall ist, kann da nichts verwehrt werden. Am Ende wird aber vielleicht wer mit der Abrechnung sagen, dass das nicht anders als so oder so geht.
Es ist eine Situation mit gegensätzlichen Optionen.
Außerdem gibt es da Fristen nach einer OP von 6 Monaten.
Ja, KVNR wieder für GKV automatisch vergeben, bei PKV wird die quasi manuell beantragt.
@bkastl @morl99 mir hat vor Weihnachten die PKV geschrieben, dass ich das dringend beantworten sollte/muss/will, da ohne ich kein Implantat bekommen kann. Und falls man mal nach Unfall schnell eins benötigt wäre es ja schade wenn man keins bekommen kann, weil die Nummer fehlt....

There were so many versions created in the next days and weeks that nobody could count.
