Da ich in den letzten Monaten öfter mal auf die inklusivgemeinte Schreibweise "Frauen*" stoße, auch hier nochmal meine Antwort darauf.
Diese Schreibweise ist schon lange überholt und trans*feindlich! Sie wird nur noch von TERFs („trans* exkludierende Radikalfeminist*innen“) benutzt.
Trans*Frauen sind Frauen!

Mars is getting a lot of hate online these days thanks to Musk, and that breaks my heart. I hate that the awe and wonder around space that was once captured by inspiring voices like Carl Sagan has now been so thoroughly corrupted by the likes of space billionaires.
Here's the shot of the Rosette Nebula (Caldwell 49) I got last night. Red Cat 51 and ASI2600MC using Askar Colormagic C1+C2 filters.
Pulled out H, OIII, and SII channels out of the two image stacks and mapped them to the HOS palette, which I thought looked stunning. This is one of my favorite nebulae 😍
These filters are cool AF. Even straight out of the camera the images looked really pretty. I'm very happy with them.

The Hubble palette is cool and all, but it's stale because everyone does it.
I mean, it's the goddamn *Rosette Nebula*. How could I resist using a palette that makes it look like a gorgeous tropical flower in bloom?
I'm sure some of you are like, "holy crap, I had no idea there was anything that bright and colorful in space!"
That's because it isn't lol. I use special light filters for narrowband, and it lets me have more fun with the colors.
Here's what a true color image of the Rosette Nebula would look like (this isn't the best capture I've done, so accuracy is probably off a bit).
The point is that in the narrowband picture I posted, even if the coloration isn't "natural", the ratio of the colors is accurate (or as accurate as I can get without precise scientific instruments to calibrate everything).
I make artistic choices, but I'm not using Midjourney or whatever to just make shit up. I'm just working with what nature provides me, an accumulation of human cleverness, and a lot of computation.
The beauty of the universe is boundless if you look for it.

I ran Yunohost for nearly a year. The number of times I had to get a shell open and fix something was too many. Yunohost is basically a set of scripts to configure a Debian machine, so if you don't mind fiddling it's probably fine. Cloudron is containerized and basically handles all the 'glue' for you. I've never had to manually fiddle with anything, although it provides the means to.
