Warum fragen wir denn dann nicht einfach mal die 20 Millionen Menschen in diesem Land, die eingewandert sind, nach ihren Verbesserungsvorschlägen?!

Was ich gerade überhaupt nicht erfassen kann: welches Bild der aktuellen Ereignisse kommt gerade bei typischen Unions-Wählys an? Was kriegen die mit? Also gerade die, die nicht die Zeit lesen, und noch nichtmal die FAZ. Wie wichtig ist die BILD? Was für ein Bild machen die Nachrichten in #ARD, #ZDF, den Privaten (sowohl RTL- als auch Pro7Sat1-Gruppe)?
Was kommt bei denen gerade inhaltlich an, was emotional?
Das ist das Klischee. Bin mir nicht sicher, daß das komplett so stimmt. Ich denke die Lokalzeitung ist vielfach noch relevant, und TV und Radio spielen sicher eine Rolle.
Aber für eine große Zahl ihrer Sympatisanten dürfte es stimmen.

Real people I know are having trouble renewing their passports because of bigotry but, the problems are very inconsistent. One person was told they couldn't renew by one person at the office one day, then on another day there was no problem.
I wanted to share this because it seems like it's not ... organized. It seems like the individual people at these offices are just making it up as they go along.
This is very very bad.

... but I've seen too much how people accommodate vexatious behaviour and people being just on the line between petty and harassing.
Every time it makes me angry, but it's not in my power to do anything. I merely grow more angry at the world.
The disobedience needs to be organized now, so singular acts by an individual doesn't take them out of the fight.
@BLTpizza @jamesbritt Right now, events in the USA are unrolling at almost exactly the same pace they took place in Germany in 1933 (Hitler was sworn in on January 30th). I expect a Reichstag Fire (inciting incident) around February 18th followed by rule by emergency decree.

One thing to keep in mind is that in general the frontline "customer" for one of these services is really more like the product than customer - I won't belabor this - so the results really seem strange from our point of view (as part of that customer class).

Interessant das Ergebnis und die Comments zu lesen. Bin auf einer Literatur-Instanz und da lohnt es absolut in die lokale TL zu schauen. Es gibt viel Themen bezogenes.
Wilde These: Bei inhaltlichen Themen greift das stärker (Büchermenschen machen immer wieder oder gar überwiegend bookish Content) als bei Instanzen, die auf ein Bundesland oder eine Region ausgerichtet sind.
Aus der Beobachtung heraus von verschiedenen Ländern in denen sich entweder auf Gesetze zur Abschottung (Polen, Ungarn, USA) oder Gesetze zur Rücknahme von Geschlechtergerechtigkeit (Südkorea) konzentriert wurde.
In keinem dieser Länder wurden Probleme gelöst und sie haben sich nur mehr radikalisiert. Nirgendwo gab es einen Erfolg, Aufschwung oder besser Lebenschancen.

Im Prinzip klar. Z.B. in Preußen, da möchte man auch nicht Vasallen deutscher Fürsten sein. Als Preuße bin ich aber für ziemliche Rechtskonformität, wie z.B. bezüglich Menschenrechten. Also nichts von wegen Gesetz wie: "Deutsche Bürger werden hiermit kollektiv gezwungen, die Altlasten aus der DDR, ohne Schutzkleidung, aufzuräumen.", was so überhaupt nicht im Sinne eines modernen Staates wäre.
