Like imagine going to a wedding, and in one side you have Mr. and Ms. Stevenson, a couple of married cis white people, and at the other side a polycule of a post-human trans fox girl, a robot girl, a plural dog femboy and an intersex human with four arms
And you watch them interact, and instead of focusing on how different they are... they accept eachother, they ask about life, they hug and they respect eachothers' boundaries, they don't even think about them being trans, or non-human, because it's so normalized and efficient that it's not even put into question
the word "cis" and "trans" are meaningless anymore because nobody even asks, people just are.
Your child came out as a fox, that's awesome! You can easily get a quick and reversible surgery to get them a tail and everything they ever wanted, they can change their body in an instant, people see it not only as normal but as natural
this is how people should be, it's not a deviation of the norm, it's the inherent and emergent nature of being a person on itself, or perhaps, even becoming a non-person with sapient abilities.
