I've always been taught "don't come to me with problems; come to me with solutions."
So I don't yell and scream about something unless I can also provide at least a starting point for where to go in solving a problem.
But most people don't think that way. So when they're upset, they just yell, "you're wrong!" And then they offer no solutions.
So when you're upset about something, and you feel like someone isn't responding the way you want them to, make sure you're actually coming to them with a solution. And not just expecting them to know what to do. Because they might not really have a solution.

Das muss man akzeptieren, da gibt‘s dann nichts mehr zu retten. Der Versuch schadet einem selbst, ändert aber nichts beim Unternehmen oder den verantwortlichen „Führungskräften“.

But joking aside, I just sync a text file (actually an org-mode file) that contains my tasks. As it's small, this works pretty reliably and fast via NC. On the bad side, I had one case where editing the textfile in the Android app deleted most of the text. So I usually use an editor which creates a backup of the edited file before saving.
I could also just use syncthing, but I actually had much more reliability issues with syncthing when more than two devices were involved.

My main gripe really is with how long it takes for the lists, items, and their state to sync across devices even when I actively trigger it.
That makes using multiple devices fluently (say, on my desktop as I prepare and then walking around with my mobile as I check stuff off) rather hard.
(This is not about file sync, but CalDAV.)
