There’s this interesting essay I watched by a woman who had deconstructed from I think Mormonism. When she first started her channel, people would often ask her if she was transgender, and she was a little confused by it until she realized that the hyper femininity embraced by conservative Christians is a form of drag.. which is to say over the top displays of stereotypical, gender attributes, and behavior.

I need all the machines to have ULA for Wireguard reasons but I don't want to give up the GUAs.
I hand out both global and ULA prefixes via router advertisements. Is your requirement that ULA be done by DHCPv6 rather than SLAAC a hard one?
I'm.. not sure. It's probably rather host dependent? I can imagine some stop doing slaac if they get an address via dhcp.
I don't use DHCPv6 at all for hosts, only for PD down the subnets, so I only have one implementation to deal with.
eui64 and slaac should work with all the prefixes it hears via RA, and that's what I use.
If you need to hand out DNS and other details via DHCP, you can do that without including an address (or presumably the dhcp server can return the same eui64 the host would have generated itself)
If something wants a special human-memorable host part, that's static host config.
