Was mich echt frustriert in meinem Job: Wie viele Kolleg*innen der Ansicht sind, dass sie das Recht haben, unsere erwachsenen Klient*innen erziehen und somit "verbessern" zu dürfen. Das betrifft vor allem jene Klient*innen, die sich nur schwer ausdrücken oder sich schlecht abgrenzen und durchsetzen können.
Und es existiert bei vielen Kolleg*innen kein Bewusstsein für diese Übergriffigkeit, wenn ich sie darauf anspreche.

Once you offer sincere help and support to someone struggling, you will be rewarded in the best possible way. That is my experience. Sure, exceptions exist, but the overwhelming majority of such events resulted in smiles everywhere, a good feeling on both sides and problems solved :) 3/3

Or I see things, behaviours or people, or hear about experiences and then think, "Well, that's interesting. I might use something like that in a story someday".
And then I take notes so that I don't forget about it.
