I don't use DHCPv6 at all for hosts, only for PD down the subnets, so I only have one implementation to deal with.
eui64 and slaac should work with all the prefixes it hears via RA, and that's what I use.
If you need to hand out DNS and other details via DHCP, you can do that without including an address (or presumably the dhcp server can return the same eui64 the host would have generated itself)
If something wants a special human-memorable host part, that's static host config.
